Gaylord Liners

Gaylord and tote bin bags are used to protect raw materials from a container that might be harmful to the product being processed, stored, or transported. Gaylord bags fit inside corrugated boxes, metal bins, fiberglass containers and plastic containers, and cover the bottom and the sides of the box in heavy duty polyethylene plastic. Gaylord bags are manufactured using Prime Virgin FDA resins or with Recycled materials if requested and have many industrial bulk processed applications. Easy dispensing with perforations between bags. Tubular construction throughout with a durable bottom seal. Wound on a 3" core with 1" diameter core plug. Available in all thicknesses and a wide variety of colours.

 

Pallet Covers

Plastic Pallet Covers are used to cover materials on a pallet. These Poly Gusseted Pallet Covers are perfect for light/medium/heavy duty usage. Pleated sides expand to the width of a standard pallet. Industrial strength polyethylene or Black UVI covers offer inexpensive protection. Rolls are pre-cut and perforated for fast and easy dispensing. They help to keep products free from dirt, dust, and light. Black opaque film helps to prevent pilferage by concealing pallet contents but also keeping items that might be sensitive to light protected.

Pallet Top Sheets

These protected top sheets are perforated on a roll for easy tear off. Just tear off individual sheets and lay across the top of the pallet to cover and protect from dirt, dust and other types of contaminants. These pallet covers are also great for placing under items that will be placed directly on the ground or stacked on top of one another.

Pallet top sheets come in black and clear options as stock items but are also available in any color requested and can also include our Rodent Shield additive to protect items that may be susceptible to damages by mice, rats, squirrels, raccoons or even bears. They can also include UVI protection or Anti static additives upon request. Made from tough linear low density plastic these top sheets provide excellent protection.

Furniture Bags

These clear furniture covers offer high clarity while providing superior protection for home furnishings and office decor against the elements, dirt, dust and debris. These clear plastic slip covers dispense from a roll on a 3" core with plugs. Each bag tears off easily from the next to make assembly line packaging of various furniture easy and fast. Using higher quality Linear Low Density poly at 4mils to 6 mils thick generally provides the best level of protection through transportation. These rolls are also available as endless rolls of tubing for custom sealing machines and can be made in custom sizes and thicknesses.

Mattress Bags

Made from Low Slip Linear Low Density Poly, our mattress bags can vented if requested and are produced on easy tear off rolls. These products are used for mattress manufacturing facilities, Furniture stores, Moving companies and storage facilities.
